The Early Childhood Development Association (ECDA) is a local non-profit organization that is committed to promoting and supporting quality early childhood development programs and services for our Island's children and families.
We support and represent the Early Childhood Educators of the province, providing them with Professional Learning Opportunities, research into Best Practices as well as many other avenues of support.
