About Us

Remember When HealthCare is a nurse-led, family-owned home healthcare provider serving seniors, persons living with disabilities, and families across Prince Edward Island. We help people remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home through holistic, client-centered care that respects each person’s routines, preferences, culture, and goals.

Our services include personal care, companionship, respite care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, medication reminders, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, post-hospital and post-surgery support, palliative and end-of-life care, private in-home nursing, overnight assistance, and 24/7 care.

We also provide professional in-home foot care services, including foot assessments, toenail trimming, and diabetic foot care. By bringing an experienced foot care nurse directly to the client, we make essential foot care more accessible for people experiencing mobility, health, or transportation barriers.

Families receive consistent communication and access to an online portal where they can see who is coming, review schedules and care documentation, and remain connected to their loved one’s care. Our employees do more than complete tasks—they provide meaningful engagement, reassurance, and dependable support.

From Charlottetown, Stratford, Cornwall, Montague, and Summerside to surrounding rural communities, RWHC brings respectful, relationship-based care directly to Island families.
