About Us

Resource Abilities offers assistance with career decision making, career counseling, skills enhancement, and job search techniques, including resume preparation, cover letter writing, and interview preparation. Job maintenance and pre-employment training are also available. They also do direct marketing, applications for wage subsidies, and job coaching. Career assessments and career exploration, along with job matching, are also provided.

Abilities@Work supports private-sector employers and people with different abilities through a wage subsidy program and will provide a wage subsidy to employers that hire eligible participants who may require additional training time or accommodation.

Value added features like job coaching, retention services and other employment services are available to businesses that participate in Abilities@Work.
