As a Job Developer with the Neil Squire Society, I am proud to support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment by connecting their unique strengths with inclusive workplaces. I work closely with job seekers to understand their goals, provide one-on-one coaching, and help them develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in today’s job market. At the same time, I collaborate with employers to identify hiring needs, promote accessible hiring practices, and foster inclusive work environments.

With a strong belief in equity, empowerment, and community partnership, I am passionate about helping people discover their potential and contribute meaningfully to the workforce. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that’s changing lives through technology, education, and employment.
