Meetings & Conventions Prince Edward Island is the province's only membership-based Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) with a mandate to promote PEI as a destination to host business events for groups of all sizes across the Island. They act as a complimentary resource for planning conventions, conferences, and business events and liaise with meeting and business event planners interested in hosting their event on PEI.
