About Us

Lucky Bee Homestead was founded 2017 by Sabine & Michael Schoenknecht.

In 2019, they created Atlantic Mustard Mill and have now the largest selection of gourmet mustard in Canada. The Mill won a silver medal in 2022 and a bronze medal in 2021 at the World Mustard Competition. The mustards are traditionally stoneground, with organic, local and fresh ingredients and all mustards are fermented and raw. Atlantic Mustard Mill is the first food producer on PEI using 100% solar energy. Sustainability is a high priority.
