We work with a limited number of firms to assist in business development, change management, and profit improvement. As an independent resource, we can bring a fresh perspective and approach. John Zarwan, managing partner, has more than 40 years experience in working with businesses both large and small, and is particularly interested in family-owned businesses. We concentrate on market strategy and implementation; business development;product planning and positioning; and profit improvement. Recent engagements have focused on improving operational efficiency. We are open to mentoring and ''pro bono'' assistance to select Island businesses.
