About Us
In 2015, Infrared fitness owners David MacEachern and Triona Harrop opened Atlantic Canada's first medical grade infrared yoga and training facility. The state of the art yoga and conditioning studio has elevated yoga and conditioning to its highest level. Our 7,000 sq ft facility is also the home of Eli Sports Athletic Training Center and is PEIs destination for Lululemon Athletic apparel and accessories. The facility features 25 ft ceilings and is located at 99 Pownal Street.
