imotion Fitness MIND BODY CORE owner/operator Stephanie Knickle, along with a talented and certified STOTT PILATES® team of trainers, is pleased to offer a wide variety of core-focused classes for all levels of STOTT PILATES® matwork and specialty classes such as Group TRX® Suspension Training, Pilates for Osteoporosis and all levels of Reformer training.

We also offer NEW ONLINE PLATFORM called ''IMOTION FITNESS CONNECT'' which offers 6 weekly classes + access to a library of hundreds of workouts.

We help clients create strength and movement with proper form and alignment from the inside out. STOTT PILATES® principles apply to all aspects of how we move through life....our posture, core strength and overall mobility affect how we feel, move, work and play!

Beneficial for people of all ages, aptitudes and fitness levels, pilates is more than a passing exercise trend.
After years of high-impact, feel-the-burn fitness workouts, there is great appeal in a slower, safer, sensible approach to health and wellness.
Pilates conditions the body from head to toe with a no-to-low impact approach suitable for all ages and abilities. It requires patience and practice, but results will follow.

Stephanie is in her 22nd year of practicing and teaching STOTT PILATES® and in 2019 celebrated 30 years as a Certified Group Fitness and Resistance Training leader on Prince Edward Island
