About Us
Hospice PEI is a non profit charity and volunteer-supported organization assisting people by preparing, supporting, and caring for anyone diagnosed with a life-limiting illness before and after death and supporting those that are grieving, regardless of any previous connection to hospice services.
Hospice PEI provides support and care for persons who are palliative and are living with a life-limiting illness so that they might live life to the fullest.
From the time of diagnosis, Hospice PEI provides volunteer support for holistic care of the individuals and their loved ones, respite, comfort, companionship, a listening ear, a hand to hold. Grief support, advocacy and educational programs are just some of the no-charge services available.
Anyone can refer for Hospice PEI services.
