Our meals are cooked in our own commercial facility in Charlottetown PEI by our culinary staff and contain fresh and locally sourced ingredients from PEI, and are individually packaged in compostable and recyclable containers and delivered to your doorstep or to our selected pick-up spots weekly.

We have partnered up with 4 locations that stock our meals fresh weekly such as: Simply For Life Charlottetown, Holland College Charlottetown, Comptons Farm Market Summerside and The Turning Point Montague. We also have an ongoing partnership with multiple local companies where you can order online and pick up weekly, which include Court6 Crossfit, Kinetic Fitness, Crossfit 782, The Mount Academy, Reactive Health Stratford, Supplement King, The Turning Point Montague, Infinite Potential Summerside and Comptons Farm Market Summerside.
