About Us
Blooming House is a low barrier homeless shelter for women on Prince Edward Island.
We opened our doors in January 2019, providing safe emergency shelter to over one hundred individual women in the two years of service.
Blooming House believes in a person-centered approach to support while using a harm reduction model in supporting women to navigate their way out of homelessness.
Blooming House is accessible to all women or identifying as female.
