About Us
Bonita Matushewski, CEO of BJM & Associates (BJMA). A boutique consulting company operating since 2008 focuses on providing specialized experience and knowledge in quality improvement (Lean Six Sigma), organizational change and strategic planning. Bonita brings a wealth of experience leading change in public and private organizations. Her passion lies in engaging employees and leaders in building successful teams, structures, and methods for sustainable improvement. In 2011 she began working with groups in PEI, grew to love the community. In 2020 she chose to become an Islander and hopes to continue to serve the island community through her work.
