BioFoodTech offers a suite of technical services tailored to the needs of our food company clients including: New Product Development, Process & Equipment Testing, Regulatory and Labelling, Scale Up & Commercial Manufacturing, Accredited Microbiology Analysis. BioFoodTech helps to accelerate success into the marketplace, through our proven CONCEPT to PILOT to MARKET, transforming your novel ideas into tangible prototypes and moving them into pre-commercial manufacturing. This includes creating prototypes of your ideas at bench level followed by scale up in our pilot plant to validate processing, equipment, and product specs, with added food safety, labelling, shelf-life and regulatory support. After this, you’re ready to enter your product into the marketplace, through incubation (in our CFIA plant), co-packing or in your own manufacturing facility. Services are targeted to foods, functional food, natural health products, and veterinary health and products. We work closely with companies at every stage - from entrepreneurs taking the first steps to established companies that require specialized, technical assistance and verification.
