Established in 2024 by Chef Adam Loo, Ada brings a fresh culinary perspective to Charlottetown, PEI.
Ada Culinary Studio and Grab & Go is a multi-faceted restaurant business located in downtown Charlottetown at 135 Kent Street. The Grab & Go is open 11-3 Monday to Friday and offers an ever-evolving menu of donuts, cookies, sandwiches and more for those on the move. The Culinary Studio is for custom-curated private events and ever-changing public events with a focus on seasonal local ingredients.
