PEI Beer Festival returns.....
The Prince Edward Island Beer Festival is set to return this September 11th and 12th, 2015 to the Delta Prince Edward in Charlottetown. This year's festival includes 3 different tasting sessions - Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. Over 20 breweries and more than 80 different kinds of beer and cider will be available at the festival.
Al Douglas, event manager, cannot wait for the event. "This event has grown every year since it's inception and this year is no different - we have more breweries coming from all over the Maritimes, Quebec, Ontario and beyond. We also have more ciders coming this year - there's definitely something for everybody at the 2015 PEI Beer Festival."
Tickets for Friday and Saturday evening sessions are $40+tax+fee while Saturday afternoon tickets are $30+tax+fee. Tickets are available online now at beerfestpei.ca or in-person at the PEI Brewing Company (96 Kensington Road, Charlottetown). Tickets include access to the event and all beer samples.
Currently running in its 4th year, the PEI Beer Festival brings breweries together to grow the beer category and educate consumers on current beer trends and new offerings in the area.
