In this informative session, we will dive into the critical topic of "Mental Health in the Workplace" and explore how it is a shared responsibility among employers, employees and the organization as a whole. With a focus on nurturing a supportive and mentally healthy work environment, we will discuss various strategies and best practices that can be implemented collaboratively to ensure the well-being of everyone in the workplace.
Meet Our Presenter:
Charlie Marr is a Community Educator with the Canadian Mental Health Association-- PEI Division.
Charlie delivers learning experiences on mental health topics across a wide demographic. This has included businesses, voluntary organizations, training groups, students and seniors.
Charlie brings a wide variety of experience to CMHA as an instructor and education manager in East Central Scotland over a twenty year period. He manages support services in mainstream education in addition to designing and delivering a special education provision for neuro-divergent students with special educational needs.
