Conflict Resolutions: Mediated Solutions to Workplace Disputes
What You'll Learn:
Workplace conflicts are on the rise. While all workplaces are required to have harassment policies and employers are obligated to ensure workers have a psychological healthy workplace, how do we solve conflict early on or how do we repair workplace relationships? This Lunch & Learn will focus on the role of mediation in workplace disputes. The topics will include informal harassment complaint resolutions, goal setting in mediation and discussions on the value of a mediated solution.
