Are you familiar with your fiduciary responsibilities as a Board member? As a staff member do you understand what financial information your Board members need to see?
This workshop will help you address:
- What basic questions should Board members ask their Executive Director, bookkeeper and auditor?
- How do you budget for the unknowns as a charity?
- What are the financial statements and balance sheets really telling you?
- What reports do Board members need to see to fulfill their financial responsibilities and manage risk?
