Description
The Alzheimer Society of Prince Edward Island is hosting an event on August 27th called the Blue Moon Ball at Belvedere Golf Club.
The Blue Moon Ball is going to be an event that brings attention to the 72% of people with Alzheimer's that are women. This is due to the fact that women live longer than men and age is the biggest risk factor. This could be your mother, sisters, or friends. Through this event we hope to raise more awareness for these women and provide them or caregivers with a night where they can forget their worries and enjoy themselves.
The night is going to consist of blues music by Amanda Rae Gallant, food, drinks, silent auction, and more.
