Panelists
Fitness Panelist - Steven Collette, 3rd Degree Training
From higher energy, confidence and productivity, to increase strength, weight loss and even healthier relationships with those around you. A change (even a small one) towards a healthier, active lifestyle can do more for you than you think.
As someone who went through his own transformation to a healthier way of living, Steven Collette naturally motivates others around him to take control of the areas of health and wellness we too often leave unchecked. There are some things we can’t change about our health, but Steven is knowledgeable and passionate about the ones we can!
