The Power of Story:
Chicken Soup for the Soul at Work
Stories of courage, compassion, and creativity in the workplace
Many companies are going through a period of re-assessment. Who are we? What are we about? How do we maintain profitability given all the changes going on?
What companies are looking for is a new compelling story for their employees and their customers. Through stories, we share ourselves, our insights, our struggles, and our triumphs. In the workplace, stories impart wisdom, create a sense of unity, provide models for positive change, and enhance creativity.
Without a story, facts don't mean anything. Join us and Martin Rutte to learn how our stories shape us and, more importantly, how we can shape our stories.
"People don't want information. They want to believe - believe in you, your goals, your success - in the story you tell. And once people have made your story, their story, you've tapped into a powerful source of energy and creativity." - Martin Rutte
