On May 27, the Chamber held its 133rd Annual General Meeting. Due to the limitations of the pandemic preventing the Chamber, at the time from fulfilling bylaw 8.4 "15 members personally present and entitled to vote shall constitute a quorum for a general meeting", two special meetings must take place in order to adhere and adapt to this bylaw - and officially vote on the proposals put forward at the May 27 meeting. When the second special meeting is complete, the Chamber will officially announce the 2020-21 Board of Directors.
