Description
IPAC presents Women and Leadership, an interactive breakfast event with female leaders from the public and private sectors who will discuss why they aspired to leadership and how they successfully achieved it. This will be a real conversation exploring the real challenges, issues, and rewards that women experience while navigating pathways to leadership. Guest speakers will address the importance of recognizing personal priorities and expectations, the value of establishing a supportive foundation, and other topics unique to women in leadership. Participants will also be provided with an opportunity for Q&A.
