Description
WorldHost is a one-day program which offers participants training in ‘WOWing’ the customer, making positive first impressions, effective communication, handling customer concerns, the value of tourism and going the extra mile. The course also features a PEI 2014 component that highlights the celebrations planned for this year on PEI. WorldHost can be facilitated across the Island and we will work with your business or organization to accommodate the facilitation of the course. The cost per participant is $20.00 plus HST.
