Each May, the United Way of PEI gears up for its “Day of Caring” event to help out the community by offering their support to anyone who may need it. The objective of the campaign is to pair corporate volunteers, who are given the day off with pay, with various projects in the community. No project is too big or too small. Whether a building is in need of a coat of paint or a lawn needs trimming, the United Way of PEI’s group of volunteers are all too eager to help out.
This year, the organization’s event will take place on Friday, May 30th as well as Saturday, May 31st.
