PEI Family Violence Prevention (PEI FVPS) Services is hosting its 2nd Annual Sweetheart Dinner for Anderson House on Saturday, February 15th, 2014 at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino during Family Violence Prevention Week (February 9-15, 2014).
Tickets are $60 (the cost to shelter a woman or child at Anderson House for one night) and include a delicious three-course buffet dinner, $10 of preselected wagering tickets for the simulcast, and Lucky You! draws for exciting prizes including a return trip for two people, to any scheduled WestJet destination! You will also receive a $25 tax receipt per ticket.
Anderson House is the provincial emergency shelter for women and children who are in need of safety because of violence in their lives. We rely heavily on community support so that we can maintain our 24/7 services at Anderson House, along with a toll-free crisis line.
