Tim Banks is the CEO and principal shareholder of APM. He is also director and principal in a number of other companies involved in commercial real estate, retailing and manufacturing, and an active partner in a variety of property development projects throughout Atlantic Canada. Tim is a Certified Engineering Technologist with 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction and property development.

Tim’s strength has been in creating and developing a number of multi-faceted companies involved in construction, real estate and retail development in Eastern Canada. He is well known in the Island community, not only as a business leader but also for his commitment to creating opportunities for future business growth.

Tim has been the lead negotiator of thousands of leases across Canada on behalf of a wide range of both tenants and landlords in all industry sectors. He is extensively familiar with leasing laws and property regulatory bodies in all provinces, particularly in Prince Edward Island. His business network includes some of the most senior real estate professionals from leading commercial and residential companies across Canada, ensuring that he can find the best client for the best property – with no exceptions.
